The Global Connect 2x2 is a personal forced matrix that takes only 6 people to fill... 2 on the first level and 4 on the 2nd level. ' Personal ' means your people are placed in your matrix and 'Forced' means each member cannot have more than 2 on their first level. After the first level is filled, 'spillover' will occur to the next open spot below. Your matrix can be filled by your own efforts, from spillover above or from the efforts of those below you.
